the location couldn't be better—close to ski lifts, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. the staff were helpful and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread and amenities like the pool and table tennis.
The elevator was a little outdated and slow, but it wasn't a big issue.

We enjoyed the stunning views from our room and the convenient nearby location to local attractions. The breakfast was superb - we particularly liked the freshly made omelets and pancakes.
The room we stayed in could use some repairs, namely the bathroom had some water damage and there was mold starting to grow. Additionally, the noise from the hallway could be heard very clearly in the room, which wasn't ideal for a romantic escape.

The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and the basic amenities provided in the rooms are more than satisfactory. The breakfast spread may be a bit limited, but it is still a great way to start the day on the slopes. Additionally, the hotel offers free WiFi, although it may have a daily limit. Spent my Easter holiday with the family and it was amazing. The food was great and the staff was very friendly. The hotel room was clean and everything seemed new. The Easter egg hunt and crafts for the kids were definitely a highlight. , the location was perfect, right in the heart of the town and close to all the activities. Another plus was the spa, great relaxation after a long day.
The pool was closed for renovation during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. The wifi connection was slow during peak times and pretty much non-existent in some areas.
